Sézane x Mary Janes
There's nothing quite like a simple, classic bleu-marine (navy) jumper like this one from Sézane, a French company (that I love!) based in Paris. I paired the jumper (a term that is typically British, to mean sweater!) with Doen's new Mary Jane shoes. Both are incredibly comfortable, beautiful and effortless, easily paired with jeans (like these from &OtherStories) or Kamm pants. This outfit is a perfect everyday relaxed look - but just because an outfit is casual and comfortable doesn't mean that it has to skimp on quality! One of the things that I always keep an eye out for (especially for comfort) is the fabric that my clothes are made with. Comfort lies in the very seams and stitches that we choose to wear on our skin; for example, a jumper that is a blend of wool and cotton (like this soft Sézane jumper) will be much more comfortable than a jumper made of synthetic materials like polyester or viscose (that tend to feel heavy, coarse and much too HOT, especially for a summer day). It's all about quality, not quantity!

I hope all of you are doing so well!!! I've been running around (physically and mentally) these past few months, both with work and anxiety, constantly trying to put my feet on the ground and deliver more content.
